Smartphone retailers e.g. Samsung & Apple manage and transfer a huge amount of mobile phone information including functions, technical skills, retail price, size, color, weight, height, etc. between manufacturers, intermediate and customers for ordering and sales. In this episode, information transfer cycle (Choy, 1996) is explained and applied in this case to show how they transfer information successfully.
